My name is Ellie and I am the founder of Pretty Stitched Co.

Pretty Stitch Co isn't just about embroidery.

It's about celebrating milestones, telling stories and creating pieces that people genuinely want to keep.

Whether we're helping a small business create professional branded workwear, stitching keepsakes for a wedding, or bringing live embroidery to an event, every order is treated with the same care and attention to detail.

We're a small business that genuinely cares. We love getting to know our customers, bringing their ideas to life and creating something that feels personal, thoughtful and beautifully made.

We want every customer to feel like they're working with a real person who is just as excited about their project as they are.

What inspired you to start Pretty Stitched Co.

I actually discovered my love for embroidery much earlier than Pretty Stitch Co.

When I was in my last few years of school and college, my mum and I ran an equestrian embroidery business together. That's where I first learnt embroidery and realised how much I loved creating personalised pieces for people.

Life then took me in a different direction. I built a career in product management, bought my first home, got married and thought I'd found the path I was meant to be on.

Then I was made redundant.

Like a lot of people, I suddenly found myself wondering what came next. I took a leap of faith, invested in another embroidery machine and decided to back myself.

That one decision changed everything.

Pretty Stitch Co was born from taking a chance on myself. Now I get to spend every day creating products that become part of people's businesses, weddings and biggest life moments. There's nothing better than knowing something you've made will make someone smile, bring happy tears or become something they treasure for years.

The Live Stitch Experience

There's something incredibly special about taking embroidery out of the workshop and into someone's wedding or event. 

The Live Stitch Experience is my new venture - taking embroidery mobile!

Watching brides and grooms see their vision come to life, and seeing guests choose a design, watch it being stitched in front of them and walk away with a personalised keepsake, is such a rewarding experience to be part of.

It's also been amazing working with brands to create live embroidery activations, giving them something unique, interactive and memorable for their customers.

Seeing people's reactions in real time reminds me exactly why I started Pretty Stitch Co. in the first place.
